We offer to exchange the item with the a new pair in the same style, size and color of original purchase or if we do not have stock we will offer you another style or provide you with store credit.Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires.

What is your policy on damaged or defective footwear?

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the footwear. We'll take care of you! We offer a free service to get your Mallets back to us.

When can I expect my store credit?

Please allow 7 working days for your store credit. Once we have received and accepted your item(s) your store credit will be processed and we’ll send you a a gift card via email.

I want my credit card refunded

We can offer to transfer funds to you however a 5% bank administration fee of the total amount spent does apply and we remove the shipping charges of £10.00. Payments will be sent 14 days after your item has been sent back to us.
