How long for my online order to arrive? 

We use a trusted courier service Hermes please allow for 3 working days Monday - Friday for delivery.

Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday. Orders placed after 12 pm will only be processed the following day. 

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and how to track your order. 

What is your online exchange policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging, please include in your email your online order number from www.malletfootwear.com.

We offer an exchange of the item with a new pair in the same style, size and colour of original purchase, if we do not have stock we will offer you another pair at the same price, provide you with store credit or issue you a full refund. Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires.

What is your online returns policy?

What is your policy on damaged or defective footwear?

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email support@malletfootwear.com with your order number and a photo of the footwear. We'll take care of you! We offer a free service to get your Mallets back to us.

We will replace the defective item with a new pair in the same style, size and colour of original purchase or provide you with store credit. Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires.

Please note the items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with an order number and the usual 30 days applies.

When can I expect my store credit?

Please allow 7 working days for your store credit. Once we have received and accepted your item(s) your store credit will be processed and we’ll send you a gift card via email.

I want my credit card refunded

We will refund the method of original payment after we have received your return and passed Quality Control, this can take up to 7 working days. You will receive a notification when the refund has been issued.

 I am outside the United Kindom and I want to exchange my Mallets

We will issue you with store credit to the value of the item so you can re-shop your item but choose a new size, colour or style, you will, however, have to pay for shipping to your location at checkout.

I am outside the United Kingdom and I want to return my online order

We have a 30 day from the date of purchase returns policy. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with an online order number from www.malletfootwear.com you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us
