If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery for store purchases. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with receipt for proof of purchase.

To action an exchange, please return the item to the store and one of the stores team will assist you.

I bought my Mallets from a store and want to return them

We have a 30 day return policy for footwear purchased from one of our trusted stores. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in the original packaging and with a receipt of proof of purchase.

To action a return, please return to the store with your Mallets in it’s original box, and the store’s team will assist you.

My Mallets are damaged/defective how do I return them to the store I bought them from?

We have a 30 day policy to return damaged or defective footwear. The item must have been bought with a fault or developed a fault within the 30 days.
